After you completed your booking form, these details are send electronically to us, then you will receive a confirmation voucher in your email, print it and give it to the driver at the airport.
The supplier company cannot be responsible for mistakes in service due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking. It is client’s responsibility to check booking details on the voucher before travel and inform us as soon as possible if there are any errors.
A single price will include a one way journey for the route booked. A return includes both the arrival and departure journeys for the route booked. Child seats and boosters are included if children/ infants and babies are specified in your booking.
After you pick-up your luggage, and exit to the arrivals hall, turn left and you will see our representative with a board with your name on it. He will take you to your destination. If you are having difficulty finding our rep, please call the number provided in your email confirmation.
If your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry, we always confirm flight time directly with Faro airport and our driver will wait until you arrive. The driver will wait till one hour after your landing time in Faro. If there is any problem to collect luggage, please send a member of your family to the arrivals hall to meet our driver, and he will wait till the problem is resoved. If you are alone please contact with us by calling the number provided in your booking.
On arrival at your destination, please confirm with your driver the day and time that you want the pick-up, if there is a change of flight time you should contact us to reconfirm pick-up time.
