-Transfer reservations through our web site are always processed in the Portuguese time (UTC/GMT).
-We only accept online bookings until one day before your transfer desired date.
-Transfers for the same day, please call us to our mobile.
-Payments must always be settled before the vehicle’s departure.
-You can pay directly to the driver in cash ( euros only) or you can use our secure online payment provided by paypal system.
-Changes to your booking can be made 24 hours prior to your arrival. No show at Faro airport whitout prior notification will be charged 50% of the total paid.
-Payments refund policy: if you have already paid for your transfer, you will be totally refunded.
-We are a fully licensed Portuguese airport transfer agency.
-The transfer passenger are fully insured.
-We have all the insurances requested by the Portuguese law.
-we are not responsible for delays before or during the transfer caused by external reasons (traffic and weather conditions).
-We reserve ourselves the right to refuse to transport any person who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs and whose behavior is considered wrong by the driver.
-Inside of our vehicles is not allowed to smoke, eat and drink alcoholic drinks.
